Gurudwara Bari Sangat (Nichibagh)गुरुद्वारा बड़ी संगत (नीचीबाग़)
The oldest Sikh sangat in Banaras, in the Nichibagh lanes near Chowk. Guru Tegh Bahadur stayed here for several months in 1666 and the room where he meditated is kept as his Tap Asthan; Guru Gobind Singh visited in 1670 as a child, on his way from Patna to the Punjab. Old hukamnamas of the Gurus are preserved.

- Cover your head and remove shoes; langar is open to everyone.
- It is a short walk from Kashi Vishwanath through the Chowk lanes.
